I have developed business plans, including sales and operational plans for startups, orchestrating the development of a global sales and marketing service group, in addition to helping set up a reseller organization, internationally.

Developed Go to Market Strategies, sales playbooks and CRM lead follow up applications. As a Salesforce.com expert, for 18 years, I can help with setting up sales stages and processes as well.

A founder and CEO of my own small business, with the help of SCORE and the SBA, I have, launched a successful $10,000,000 start-up Reseller Company, delivering electronics diagnostic and testing equipment along with supplies and software to a global client base. Which I later sold to a NASDAQ listed company. 

I was honored and humbled in earning the Sales Innovator of the Year Award from the American Association of Inside Sales Professionals for excellence in the design of sales and marketing programs, including sales training. 

Sat on the Executive Reseller Council for Ingram Micro Corp, a $40 Billion Technology Distributor.

My technology sales included: The Security marketplace, Telco’s, Sales Operations, Developing Compensation plans, Enterprise software; SaaS applications; CRM (Salesforce.com expert); BPO; ERP; Network monitoring applications Development and testing applications; Inside Sales; Field Sales; Channels Sales; Reseller Sales; Technology Distribution; working with VAR’s.
